RACHAYA want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  All products are carefully checked and verified as in good condition before processing to delivery. We want you to love your purchases and if something isn't right, do let us know. We aim to make your time with us a satisfied and memorable one

• We provide a FREE lifetime Alterations Service to our customers.
• The customer must email contact@rachayabangkok.com prior to sending the return to request for an alteration.  
• For non-Thai resident customers, you have to pay for all shipping costs. We recommend you use a shipping courier with delivery and tracking capabilities. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
• Discounted item is strictly not possible for FREE alteration. ​
